Rosie O’Donnell is holding onto the dear memories of her troubled daughter Chelsea O’Donnell before she hit hard times.

The former “The Rosie O’Donnell Show” host, 62, shared a photo on Instagram Thursday of her, her 10-year-old daughter, Dakota, and Chelsea, 27, all smiling in a selfie when they were younger.

She simply captioned the throwback post, “before it began #changes.”

In October, Rosie also reflected on better times with yet another throwback photo of Chelsea, just as it had been revealed that the young mom had been arrested for child neglect and drug possession.

“Sadly this is not new for our family – chelsea has struggled with drug addiction for a decade – we r all hopeful she will find her way out of this deadly disease,” the “View” alum, who adopted Chelsea with her now- ex-wife Kelli Carpenter, captioned the pic at the time.

It was revealed at the time that police had taken Chelsea into custody the month prior after she allegedly left her 11-month-old son near a meth pipe.

On Sept. 10, officers reportedly responded to a call about a domestic dispute involving Rosie’s daughter and her boyfriend, Jacob Nelund, at their home, which prompted police to search the premises.

Aside from a meth pipe that was allegedly within her son’s reach, officers also found “a black and silver digital scale, some used gem bags with white residue, and a sharps container that had more used and unused hypodermic needles,” according to a police report.

“Inside the bedroom that appeared to be designated as [the child’s] room, there were numerous used hypodermic needles,” a second officer noted in the filing.

“Several of them were loaded with blood. There were old apples, garbage, random tools, and butane bottles sitting on the floor, all mixed with the clothing belonging to [the child].”

Chelsea was reportedly detained for that incident and later released — but was then arrested a second time on Oct. 10 when she was pulled over at a traffic stop and allegedly tried to throw a meth pipe out the window.

She was charged with four felony counts of maintaining a drug trafficking place, child neglect and possession of methamphetamine and THC, the latter of which is commonly found in cannabis.

The mother of four was reportedly also hit with two misdemeanors: disorderly conduct/domestic abuse and possession of illegally obtained prescription drugs.

While the cases are ongoing, Chelsea was arrested a third time on Nov. 18 after she was stopped by police due to a loud exhaust. Drugs were then found in her vehicle.

An officer reportedly noted that she had “pick marks” on her face, which meth users often have from incessantly scratching their skin.

She was then transported to the Marinette County Jail, where police found during a second search prescription pill bottles with multiple drugs.

Chelsea is due back in court again on Dec. 12 for her arraignment.
