Sutton Stracke appeared on Tuesday night’s episode of Watch What Happens Live, where she reacted to Kathy Hilton‘s impromptu appearance on the runway at her fashion show and shared her mom Reba’s reaction to being featured on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
As she also reacted to Dorit Kemsley, 48, taking aim at her love life and fashion collection on the latest episode of RHOBH, addressed potential double standards, and reflected on her “wallet” diss against Dorit, Sutton, 53, shared her thoughts on Kyle Richards, 56, and Mauricio Umansky, 54, teased the upcoming reunion, and more.
“I was backstage, so didn’t know [Kathy] was on the stage. Kathy, I swear. But thank you, Kathy, because she actually brought a lot of attention. So that’s great. It’s amazing,” Sutton explained on the March 4 episode of WWHL.
As for Reba’s thoughts on her portrayal on the show, Sutton admitted, “We have not spoken about it.”
“I don’t think she cares. She’s 82 years old. And also she doesn’t care. She’s sort of become this thing. People know her name now. She does not care,” Sutton stated.
Moving on to Dorit, who said that all Sutton’s money has gotten her is a horse but no date on Tuesday’s episode, Sutton noted that she has the “most beautiful horse.”
“I love him, and Santos is wonderful, and I love spending time with him, and I do have dates. So I have the best of both worlds,” she corrected.
Sutton also weighed in on Dorit giving no answer after being asked if she was impressed with her collection.
“I have the same reaction … no reaction,” Sutton replied.
Because Sutton previously shaded Garcelle Beauvais, 58, for mentioning finances, some have wondered why she spotlighted her finances in an effort to slam Dorit.
“It was weird, right? It didn’t even sound like me when it came out. It was, like, muddled words. But I was very angry, and sometimes when you’re angry, you say things that aren’t right,” she reasoned.
But after being asked if her “wallet” diss was shady or reasonably shady, Sutton confessed to thinking it was “reasonably shady.”
“I’ve gotten a lot over the past years, so sometimes it just has to come out,” she explained. “[And] it just came out. I’m not doubling down; I’m just, you know … I don’t know.”
As Kyle’s separation from Mauricio continues to be a hot topic on RHOBH, Sutton offered an update on where the couple stands as she reacted to a question about whether Kyle was holding out hope for a reconciliation.
“I think she was. I think now, talking to her in normal time, I think she’s ready to move on,” Sutton confirmed.
Looking back on last Friday’s taping of the RHOBH reunion, Sutton said the grueling filming days take days to get over.
“It’s a lot of emotional energy that we put into it, and so I think it was a very emotional one, and so it’s a lot, and it takes us through a lot of time and energy and focus, so, I’m exhausted, still,” she shared.
Then, when asked what was different between Bozoma “Boz” Saint John, 48, having Dorit’s back and Garcelle having hers, Sutton said, “I don’t think there’s any difference. I think when you’re friends, you have each other’s backs. It doesn’t matter.”
During a game of Do! You! Regret It!?, Sutton denied having regrets about calling Dorit a “b*tch” in her home, or interrupting her amid her discussion about her kids and her divorce.
“[But] I wished I’d done it in a better way,” she added of the latter scene.
She also admitted she regretted storming out of Magic Mike Live in Las Vegas.
Continuing on about Dorit, Sutton answered a series of questions, accusing her of lying about smoking, praising her as a “very giving” friend, and sharing the one thing she’s envious about when it comes to her marriage to Paul “PK” Kemsley, 57.
“I think that PK showed all of his love for her,” she revealed.
Later, on the WWHL: After Show, Sutton was asked if she regretted making such a big deal out of Kyle storming out of Boz’s spa by a viewer who pointed out that she did the same at Dorit’s Fourth of July party.
“I didn’t do the same. I didn’t have a bathrobe and a Birkin out on the sidewalk. So that’s different. And not everybody was there,” she clarified. “I had been at Dorit’s house for like an hour and a half, and I think I left very calmly and didn’t make a big hurrah about it.”
“I also didn’t reprimand the group,” she added.
