Joshua Jackson and Jodie Turner-Smith have settled their divorce, but they’re still battling over their daughter Juno’s schooling.

The “Fatal Attraction” star and the British actress can’t agree on where to send their 5-year-old to school, and the latter wants a judge to grant a court order to ensure she has the final say, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.

Per the filing, Jackson is allegedly preventing Turner-Smith from enrolling their child, Juno, in a new school next year.

The documents state that the “Queen & Slim” star, 38, researched the school, conferred with Jackson about it and made sure it was close to his home.

Jackson, however, is refusing to get on board, she claims.

In response, Turner-Smith requested that the “Affair” star, 46, cover the $75,000 she paid an attorney for the school conflict.

As for the other terms, the outlet reports that the exes agreed on a temporary 50-50 custody schedule for Juno with the help of a mediator.

Jackson is required to pay Turner-Smith $2,787 per month in child support.

It’s unclear if he’s been ordered to pay spousal support.

Reps for Jackson and Turner-Smith weren’t immediately available to Page Six for comment.

In October 2023, the “After Yang” star filed to divorce Jackson after nearly four years of marriage. She cited “irreconcilable differences.”

At the time, an insider told Us Weekly that the “Mighty Ducks” star was “caught off guard.”

Per the source, Jackson allegedly didn’t believe his marital problems with Turner-Smith were enough for them to break up.

The “Dawson’s Creek” alum, however, quickly sparked romance rumors with Lupita Nyong’o when they were seen at “The Age of Pleasure” tour stop in Inglewood, Calif., that same month.

They confirmed their whirlwind romance in December 2023 when they were spotted holding hands in Joshua Tree, Calif.

The “Black Panther” star, however, revealed she and Jackson had split in October 2024.
