Jay-Z stepped out with his wife, Beyoncé, and daughter Blue Ivy Carter after he was accused of raping a teenage girl in the early 2000s.

The family was all smiles as they posed on the red carpet at the premiere of Disney’s “Mufasa: The Lion King” at the Dolby Theater in Hollywood, Calif., on Monday night.

The “Empire State of Mind” rapper sported a brown suit, white button-up shirt and black tie for the outing, while the “Texas Hold ‘Em” songstress donned a plunging metallic gold gown.

As for Carter, 12, she was dolled up in a gold strapless ballroom gown.

The teen was hyped up by her famous parents as she posed solo on the red carpet, per a video shared by E! News.

Beyoncé, 43, and Jay-Z, 55, beamed while watching their eldest child have her special moment, with the “Excuse Me Miss” emcee appearing to wipe a tear from his eye, per a clip from “Entertainment Tonight.”

The family laughed while smiling for photographers and were joined by the Destiny’s Child alum’s mom, Tina Knowles.

Insiders told The Post that before the rape claims, Jay-Z and the “Crazy in Love” songstress were rumored not to be attending the event, but changed their minds after the lawsuit.

Jay-Z’s outing comes after he and Sean “Diddy” Combs were accused of raping a 13-year-old girl at an MTV video music awards afterparty in the early 2000s.

On Sunday, the Grammy winner and Combs were listed in a lawsuit by a “Jane Doe,” who claimed the duo attacked her.

The lawsuit was amended to include Jay-Z’s name after it was originally filed in October with only the “I’ll Be Missing You” rapper being named as the only defendant.

Per the suit, the victim alleged she went to rest inside a bedroom after she was given a drink at the party and became “woozy.”

Jay-Z — born Shawn Corey Carter — and Combs, now 55, then allegedly went into the bedroom and the latter raped the then-teenager after the “Young Forever” rapper took off her clothes.

An unnamed female celebrity was also allegedly in attendance.

Jay-Z, however, denied the claims in a statement to Page Six, telling us a lawyer named Tony Buzbee was attempting to blackmail him.

“What he had calculated was the nature of these allegations and the public scrutiny would make me want to settle,” he wrote.

“No sir, it had the opposite effect! It made me want to expose you for the fraud you are in a VERY public fashion. So no, I will not give you ONE RED PENNY!!”

On Monday, the “99 Problems” rapper, also filed to dismiss the lawsuit, referring to it as a “cynical and calculated” plan to “force payment of an exorbitant sum of money.”

Per the suit, Jay-Z called Buzbee’s claims “leveled baseless allegations,” and accused him of “hiding behind the pseudonym ‘Jane Doe.’”

As for Combs’ team, they slammed the lawsuit as another “shameless publicity [stunt]. The Bad Boys Records founder is currently behind bars awaiting trial for sex trafficking charges.
