Law enforcement sources told TMZ that family members had not heard from Bach and grew worried, so they wanted to check on her.

Paramedics were reportedly called to her house Wednesday night while responding to a report of an unconscious female.

Bach was pronounced dead at the scene after suffering a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head, per the outlet, which reported that she did not leave a note.

Los Angeles Police Department officers reportedly showed up shortly afterward.

Hasselhoff and Bach were married from 1989 to 2006.

Their divorce was contentious, and their disputes over monthly spousal support lasted until 2017.

They shared daughters Taylor, 34, and Hayley, 32.

Bach appeared in “Rumble Fish,” “Baywatch,” “Sirens,” “The Young and the Restless,” “The Fall Guy,” “T.J. Hooker” and “Knight Rider,” where she met Hasselhoff.

His reps did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
