Teddi Mellencamp is “grateful” for all the support she’s received after undergoing brain surgery to have two tumors removed.
“Our family is thankful to everybody for your continued prayers and well wishes,” her estranged husband, Edwin Arroyave, shared on Instagram Monday.
The 47-year-old tagged Mellencamp, 43, in the post and captioned it with, “Thank you. 🙏❤️.”
Teddi’s sister, Justice Mellencamp, also took to her Instagram Story Sunday to share a photo of herself watching over Teddi as she slept.
“Watching a loved one suffer is horrific,” she penned in part, adding, “She is by far the strongest person I know.”
The father of Teddi’s three children has been by her side throughout her series of vicissitudes, as he and their kids visited her in the hospital after she underwent emergency brain surgery.
“Thank you for all the prayers and love for @teddimellencamp,” he captioned a series of updates from Mellencamp’s hospital room last week.
The Bravolebrity revealed that she was undergoing the emergency operation on Feb. 12 after her doctors found “multiple tumors” on her brain that they believed had been “growing for at least 6 months.”
“For the last several weeks I’ve been dealing with severe and debilitating headaches,” Teddi wrote in an Instagram statement.
“Yesterday the pain was unbearable and required hospitalization,” Teddi went on to write before she revealed that they discovered the tumors through a CT scan and MRI.
The “Two Ts In A Pod” co-host further explained that two of the tumors would be “surgically removed” that day, while the remaining ones would be addressed with “radiation at a later date.”
Arroyave returned to Instagram Thursday to share that the surgery “went well,” but that Teddi was in “so much pain.”
“She’s finally getting some needed rest. I know she is so grateful for the outpouring of love,” he penned in the online statement.
Teddi was also visited by “RHOBH” star Kyle Richards and country singer Morgan Wade ahead of the surgery.
The two waved at the camera while Teddi recorded a selfie video counting down the minutes until her operation would take place.
This isn’t Teddi’s first health scare or surgery, as she’s undergone at least 16 surgeries to address her multiple melanomas over the years.
She has documented her skin cancer journey online and has encouraged fans to make sure they’re getting checked regularly.
Two months before her emergency brain surgery, Teddi took to Instagram to reveal that her doctors had not found “anything abnormal” in her December 2024 skin checkup.
