She comes to this place for magic.
Nicole Kidman knows how to put on an emotional performance — and her now-viral 2021 AMC ad was no exception.
Though it’s been years since the internet erupted over the clip, Kidman nodded to her pinstripe look on Monday night, making an appearance on “The Late Show With Stephen Colbert” in a similar-looking suit.
For the talk show, Kidman opted for a Dolce & Gabbana black and white striped iteration, which included a double-breasted blazer with an oversized floral brooch and matching straight-leg trousers.
Kidman layered a see-through black turtleneck blouse underneath the suit.
When the award-winning actress left the studio, she ditched the top in favor of a tee promoting her forthcoming steamy thriller film, “Babygirl.”
Though it wasn’t the same gray and sparkly silver-striped Michael Kors set from the one-minute spot promoting the movie theater experience, fans picked up on the reference.
Her stylist, Jason Bolden, shared an image of the Dolce & Gabbana look, captioned “Babygirl 🎀”
“I can’t unsee AMC 😂 damn” a fan wrote.
The glitzy jumpsuit look from the AMC ad became so revered that it was auctioned at Sotheby’s early this year.
It sold for between $5,000 to $10,000 as part of the company’s new “Defining American Style” series.
“For the fashion brand’s 40th anniversary, Kors reflected on the joy of getting dressed and the positive impact of clothing,” the listing reads. “He set out to design timeless, yet luxurious pieces to promote confidence and in turn, make everyday events a glamorous experience.”
Indeed, Kors and Kidman did exactly that.
In a recent interview with British GQ, Kidman laughs off the public hoopla over the spot — which was meant to get moviegoers back to the theaters after the Covid-19 pandemic — despite it becoming a “Saturday Night Live” skit.
“I’ll do anything for cinema, so you can meme me as much as you want,” Kidman told the publication.
One thing is for sure: Her outfit last night was no joking matter.
