Michele Morrone denied rumors that he’s dating pregnant Megan Fox after a flirty video of them resurfaced amid news of her split from MGK.
“Any accusations beyond a work friendship are simply untrue,” a rep for the Italian actor told TMZ about the “Subservience” co-stars on Tuesday.
“They filmed a movie together a year ago. Michele is currently in Italy filming another project.”
An insider also told Page Six that the two aren’t “romantically involved” and the resurfaced video “was taken a long time ago” when they were filming the thriller released earlier this year.
The romance rumors began after a video of Morrone, 34, and Fox, 38, on the “Subservience” set went viral.
In the clip, the “Transformers” star can be seen leaning on Morrone and smiling as she teaches her co-star how to pronounce “Spongebob,” which was difficult for him due to his accent.
Before the video cut out, the duo looked at each other and smiled before Fox quipped, “What is this for?!”
Several fans pointed out the pair’s “chemistry,” with one person writing, “honestly if megan fox dumped mgk for this fine man i would not blame her AT ALLLLL.”
“He wants her omfg,” another speculated.
The video circulated hours after it was revealed that Fox and MGK (formerly Machine Gun Kelly) called it quits while in Vali, Colo., for Thanksgiving weekend.
According to TMZ, the “Jennifer’s Body” star left their getaway early after allegedly finding something upsetting on the musician’s phone.
MGK, 34, reportedly departed Colorado shortly after Fox and they haven’t spoken since.
The two reportedly called it quits after announcing they were expecting their first child together via Instagram on Nov. 11.
At the time, Fox shared a maternity photo of herself cradling her bump and another of a positive pregnancy test.
TMZ reported that the actress was around five months pregnant and due in March 2025.
Fox also shares three children, Noah, 11, Bodhi, 9, and Journey, 7, with her ex-husband, Brian Austin Green.
MGK is the father to 15-year-old daughter Casie with ex Emma Cannon.
Fox and MGK started dating in 2020 and were engaged two years later.
The expectant mother, however, confirmed she and the singer ended their engagement in March.
While they were no longer engaged, the duo were spotted getting cozy at the Stagecoach Festival in April and Michael Rubin’s Fourth of July white party over the summer.
