“White Lotus” star Aimee Lou Wood broke down in tears after calling out “Saturday Night Live” for mocking her.
The English actress was caught having an emotional moment in public while out on a street in South London with friend and “Film Club” co-writer Ralph Davis Monday.
The “House of the Dragon” actor consoled Wood by wrapping his arm around her and giving her a hug as she wiped her eyes.
At one point, the “Sex Education” alum, 31, rested her head on her pal’s chest and hid her face with her baseball cap.
The pair was also seen walking and talking while Wood appeared bleary-eyed.
The vulnerable sighting came one day after the actress made headlines for slamming “SNL” for making fun of her teeth.
Comedian Sarah Sherman wore prominent fake teeth to spoof Wood’s character, Chelsea, in a sketch titled “The White Potus.”
The actress shared her negative reaction to the portrayal via her Instagram Story, writing, “I did find the ‘SNL’ thing mean and unfunny.”
She argued that the skit could have been achieved in a “cleverer, more nuanced, less cheap way.”
The “Living” star also clarified that she is not “thin-skinned.”
“I actually love being taken the piss out of when it’s clever and in good spirits,” she explained, emphasizing, “I have big gap teeth not bad teeth.”
“I don’t mind caricature — I understand that’s what ‘SNL’ is,” Wood added.
“But the rest of the skit was punching up and I/Chelsea was the only one punched down on.”
Last month, the actress admitted she’s still getting used to all the attention from starring in the hit HBO drama series — especially when it comes to her looks.
“I want to stop f–king talking about it,” Wood told the Sunday Times about her teeth.
“Can I talk about my character? Why am I talking about my gnashers? It’s like now I’m just a pair of front teeth.”
