From “Baywatch” to Bobby Brown
Millie Bobby Brown is taking a page out of Pamela Anderson’s book with her new blond hair.
On Monday, Brown, 21, and husband Jake Bongiovi stepped out in full glam in Los Angeles for the the red carpet premiere for her new Netflix film, “The Electric State.”
The “Stranger Things” actress embraced the “Baywatch” babe’s signature look, wearing her freshly platinum hair in a ’90s-style messy updo.
“I thought this was Pamela 😭,” one person commented on Check The Tag’s Instagram post, while a second wrote, “I thought this was Pamela Anderson or Jennifer Coolidge.”
A third wrote, “If this was on someone like Jane Fonda, Jessica Lange or even Pamela Anderson it would have been chefs kiss! She’s way too young for this look eek.”
Others compared her to Ivana Trump, Jean Smart, Suzanne Somers, Dolly Parton and other famous blondes.
Her luxe look continued into her clothes, as the “Stranger Things” star selected a metallic Annie’s Ibiza gown ($10,378) with intricate draping around the waist and topped with a matching bolero ($1,630), both inspired by the Duomo di Firenze.
She paired the glimmering gown with diamond earrings and a gold choker necklace from De Beers.
It comes as no surprise that the Gen-Z star is replicating Anderson’s iconic hairstyle, as “Pamcore” has become super popular on TikTok.
The trend hit its peak in March 2022, following the release of Hulu’s “Pam & Tommy” a month prior. At the time, Page Six Style chatted with the show’s hairstylist to find out how he replicated Anderson’s go-to beehive, and why he thinks it’s catching on.
“Her effortlessly, chaotic updo is most definitely the one! I’ve always loved this look and continue to be inspired by the hairstylists who created it,” he said, adding that it was “so much fun” to design and style the look for Lily James in the series.
Meanwhile, Brown first went blond earlier this month and has experimented with fun styles including fishtail braids for her mermaid-themed 21st birthday last week.
On Sunday, she looked radiant in a peach-colored Louis Vuitton slip dress and a sleek bun on the SAG Awards 2025 red carpet.
